Patrick conducted a comprehensive inspection of the new-build one-bedroom apartment I am purchasing in Astoria, Queens. His attention to detail was exceptional—he thoroughly examined all appliances, outlets, the electrical panel, HVAC system, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, and more. He even went the extra mile by inspecting the mechanicals, including the HVAC unit and hot water heaters on the roof, as well as the electrical panels in the basement.
