I do this FULL TIME, so scheduling is normally pretty flexible. Just call and we can go over availability that suits everyone needed for the inspection.
The timeframe to complete an inspection differs. House could be cluttered / depends on size of property / Are areas to inspect un-finished / are there crawl spaces that need to be accessed / and more…..Bottom line is I am in no rush. If issues are found, I try and evaluate areas further to see what is causing the problem. I do not just write things down and walk away. The inspection will take as long as needed. However, prior to the inspection I can give you a pretty accurate estimation in case you need to schedule the rest of your day.

Termite-WDO (Wood Destroying Organism) and Pest Inspection are completed at the same time as the full building inspection. A separate bank required report can also be supplied the same day.

A very detailed report is emailed the same day. In addition to showing you all areas/items that were inspected is a very detailed “Summary List” at the end of each report, all images taken during inspection are also included. It is organized, detailed and easy to understand. The final report is your new building/home To Do List!

Continuing Education classes are required every 2 years for License Renewal by NY DOS. Attending Trade Shows within the Inspection Industry, being a member in some Home Inspection Organizations, and consistently researching and learning in all areas of the Home Inspection Process on the areas/items inspected is an on-going process throughout the year for me.
